the athletes
We're proud to support exceptional athletes - but above all, incredible human beings. Behind every performance, every challenge, every victory or injury, there is a profoundly human story. The athletes we follow are defined not just by their results, but by the quality of their presence, their sincerity, their courage, and their commitment to growth, both inwardly and on the field. They are men and women who dare to explore another dimension of training: that of the mind, the heart, and the present moment. It's a privilege to walk alongside them on this path and to bear witness, day after day, to their evolution.

Jonathan Jasper Sikora
Professional golfer - Pro Golf Tour
Passionate about golf since childhood, Jonathan chose to devote himself fully to the sport in 2011. He patiently built up his career until taking the step to professionalism in 2024. He now plays on the Pro Golf Tour, aiming to reach the highest European levels.

For him, mental training is an essential pillar of performance. Meditation helps him keep a clear head in moments of doubt, deal with pressure, and stay fully grounded in every shot he plays.

Maxime Ravert
National coach - Swiss Basketball Federation
Trained in France and then in an elite center in Belgium, Maxime experienced all the divisions of the French league before turning to coaching after an injury. This led him to fully embrace coaching, eventually joining the Swiss Federation, where he now coaches the national teams.
In this high-level context, he relies on meditation to cultivate clarity, mental stability and presence - essential qualities for coaching his players with accuracy and lucidity.

Axel Louissain
Professional basketball player
Axel signed his first pro contract at the age of 18 with Lugano. At the time, it was a dream come true. Since then, he played for Fribourg Olympique, winning several titles with them, and wearing the jersey of the U20 national team. he also played in Spain, Serbia, and France in the Pro B league.
But the reality behind all that is that there have also been injuries, doubts, and questions. A ruptured Achilles tendon put him out of action for a long time. That kind of injury doesn't just affect one's body... it shakes your whole confidence. That's when he discovered meditation.
Today, it's become an essential habit. It helps him settle down, take a step back, and stay focused on what's essential. Whether it's before a game, after a defeat, or just in everyday life, meditation brings him a balance he couldn't find before. It helps him move forward with greater serenity, and above all, not to let himself be defined solely by performance.

Brune Sachet
Swimmer
Brune started swimming at the age of 4 in Lausanne, and just three years later, her swimming lessons turned into real training as she entered the world of competitive swimming. After countless hours in the pool, the small local meets led to regional championships in French-speaking Switzerland, and then to national competitions.

She became French-speaking Swiss champion in the 200m backstroke, 100m butterfly, and 100m individual medley, and vice-champion in the 100m backstroke. But as the season came to a close, so did a period of setbacks and underperformance. It was in that difficult moment that she discovered meditation.

Today, meditation is an essential part of her daily routine. This inner journey reminded her of the importance of joy in sports. Thanks to meditation, she learned to face and accept failure, stress, and fear. She regained both her confidence and her performance level, which led her to achieve the fastest Swiss time in the 50m backstroke and the third fastest in the 100m backstroke.

Malo Bonzon
Golfer
Malo Bonzon, born in 2009, has been playing golf since 2018. He discovered the sport through his father, and the passion was immediate. In six years of rigorous training, he has made enormous progress, reaching 13th place in the Swiss rankings for his category. His best result to date is a 3rd place in a national competition. A three-time champion with his former club, Domaine du Brésil, Malo now trains in Lausanne.
Since early 2025, he has been undergoing mental training based on mindfulness meditation, which helps him channel his emotions and better manage pressure in tournaments. He's already noticed a clear difference: he arrives at competitions more serene, and experiences the intense moments on the course with greater clarity and calm. For him, every top-level athlete should benefit from mental coaching. He is delighted to be training with Jackson Ferguson and hopes to continue in the same vein.

Mael Bassin
Handball Player
Mael discovered handball by following in the footsteps of his brothers and sisters, and it quickly became a true passion. He invests himself tirelessly to improve, driven by the desire to go as far as possible, while staying committed to his academic path. This dual pursuit requires discipline, hard work, and sacrifices — all of which he fully embraces.

What drives him above all is the determination to push beyond his limits, despite doubts, the unpredictability of team sports, setbacks, and off days. One must constantly earn their spot, hold on to it, stay focused, find joy in the game, and reach their goals, through both ups and downs. It’s within this demanding rhythm that his determination is forged.

Mental training and meditation give him a valuable perspective. They help him manage pressure more effectively, enjoy the game more deeply, and enhance his performance.
