From a young age, I was dedicated to basketball, with the goal of playing in the NBA. Being a late bloomer presented many challenges, one of which was my inability to rely on physical strength to outshine others. This forced me to develop both my basketball skills and mental strength. At 17, I moved to the USA alone, without knowing anyone, to play one year of High School Basketball, in a 5A High School in New Mexico. The following year, I was playing in the LNA in Switzerland, despite still not being physically developed. My journey continued at Arizona Western College, where I played Junior College basketball for two years. During those two years, I faced two serious injuries, tearing ligaments in my ankle and suffering a stress fracture in my back from training too hard. These challenges forged my mental strength, resilience, and perseverance that would be building blocks later in my life. For instantce, I went on and obtained a master's degree in theoretical physics at the EPFL.

By the age of 29, despite having checked all the societal boxes for happiness, I felt lost and in search of deeper meaning. Fortunately, life led me to Plum Village, a meditation practice center founded by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, for a one-week retreat. This experience profoundly healed and transformed me. Since then, I go on retreats every year and been driven by a deep aspiration to share my experience and the practice of mindfulness, helping people in all aspects of their lives. I am also a math and physics teacher at a public school in Lausanne, Switzerland, where I have taught mindfulness to teenagers aged 12 to 18.
In 2022, I co-founded The Art of Mindful Living and have co-facilitated therapeutic meditation groups in partnership with two psychologists, as well as weekend mindfulness retreats. As my love for sports is still strong, I am now deeply committed to sharing all my knowledge and experience to athletes, coachs and organisations. My goal is to assist everyone in maximizing their potential both on and off the court.

During my theoretical physics studies at university, I felt I was learning incredible things about the universe around me, but nothing about myself and my mind. So I decided to go and discover meditation in a Buddhist practice program in Nepal. There I discovered a way of training my mind, connecting to my emotions and learning to know myself. Since then, I've taken great pleasure in finding ways of connecting people so that I can share my experiences to help them flourish.
I give meditation session every week since 2018. Being able to share and pass on this way of life to other people fascinates me. I'm convinced that developing a sense of practice can help everyone to learn to know themselves better, to develop their emotional intelligence and maximize their potential.
