Group training

Training your mind alongside fellow athletes will provide invaluable support and motivation. Together, we’ll help you go further than you ever imagined. Like any other training, mental training isn’t always easy. We often believe we can achieve everything on our own, and while this may be partially true, countless high performers have shared that learning from others’ experiences is invaluable.
Since 2022, we’ve facilitated meditation groups. Many participants have shared how meditation has been transformative for them, and how practicing in a group setting significantly enhanced their progress.​
