Half-day online retreat

A Moment for Yourself
Saturday, December 5, 2026 · 9am – 1pm

What if you gave yourself a morning to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself?

Join Jackson, Florent and Mathieu for a pause and mental training sessions amid the busyness of the year’s end. An opportunity to discover our approach to meditation and excellence, create some space, and replenish your inner resources.

Time to Recharge

Our days are often full. We keep moving, responding to demands, and pursuing our goals… without always taking the time to notice what is happening within us.

This morning is an invitation to pause. To reconnect with the body, allow the mind to settle, and become more present with ourselves and the world around us.

A gentle reset to move forward with greater clarity and energy.

What to Expect

Through the Focus Freedom & Flow approach, we will explore how to:

  • Focus: train our attention and return to the present moment.

  • Freedom: gain perspective on thoughts and habitual patterns that hold us back.

  • Flow: cultivate a more natural, open presence in whatever we do.

The morning will include guided meditations, practical explorations, and opportunities to share and ask questions, with breaks to absorb the experience.

You will discover different ways to practise and how you can bring them into everyday life.

Who Is It For?

Anyone wishing to discover meditation or deepen their practice, take a restorative pause, and explore our approach.

No previous experience is needed. Whether you are an athlete, a coach, or simply curious, you are welcome. There is nothing to achieve—just some time to give yourself.
