Through mindfulness meditation, practiced by elite athletes such as Novak Djokovic and LeBron James, you will learn to master your attention, regulate your emotions, and manage stress — so you can perform at your best, consistently.

Combining inspiring teachings, hands-on workshops, and meaningful exchanges, you will gain practical tools to integrate immediately into your training, competition, and daily life.

This weekend retreat is designed for professional and amateur athletes, performers, mental coaches, and anyone who wants to develop mental strength, focus, and inner stability — just like top athletes do.

Pricing & Accommodation

We offer two accommodation options to ensure your comfort throughout the retreat.

  • Double room: CHF 580 (Swiss residents) / €580 (non-Swiss residents)

  • Single room: CHF 740 (Swiss residents) / €740 (non-Swiss residents)

 

The price includes welcome coffee & croissant upon arrival, all meals (lunches, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast), accommodation, all teaching sessions and workshops, and the full immersive retreat experience.

Over two days, you will enter a carefully designed experience blending mental training, mindfulness, recovery, and personal exploration.

Through meditation, conscious movement, deep relaxation, experiential workshops, and guided reflection, the retreat offers a complete environment to slow down, reconnect, and recalibrate your mental state.

You will receive a personal confirmation email and your invoice shortly after registration.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your room.

 

The remaining balance must be paid no later than August 15th, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:
– Up to 30 days before the retreat: full refund
– Up to 15 days before the retreat: 50% refund
– Less than 15 days before the retreat: no refund
