Florent Mamet
An avid sports fan since childhood, Florent went to Nepal with just a backpack on his back, and lived for 8 months in a Buddhist monastery without speaking the language. This experience profoundly transformed him. Florent has been practicing meditation since 2004 and goes on retreats 12 weeks a year. Today, he aspires to accompany athletes in an encounter with their spirit and their full potential.
